Manor Infant School and Nursery serves a community bound by St. Mary’s Road, Kingston Road and Powerscourt Road.
It was established as a First School in 1985 and designated as an Infant School in September 1994 for children from 4 - 7 years old.
The school is a 3 form entry with nine large, bright classrooms for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2, and a purpose-built nursery all of which have an excellent range of high quality resources. The school currently has space for 270 children with 30 children in each class.
There is a medical room and a shower room including a disabled toilet in the administrative area of the school. There is also wheelchair access around the school.The library has been refurbished and the Foundation Stage play area and playground have been further enhanced.
Times of school and nursery sessions:
8:30 - 11:30am 12:15-3:15 pm (nursery)
9.00–11.45 am 12:45-3:10 pm (Year R)
9:00-12:00 pm 1:00-3:10 pm (Year 1)
9:00-12:15 pm 1:15-3:10 pm (Year 2)
Children can arrive at school between 8.40am and 9.00am.
Class registers and dinner registers are taken at 9.00am. It is important that children are in school before the bell rings at 9.00am. If you arrive after 9.00am please take your child to reception and sign them in the late book.
School Office Hours
The school office is open from 8.00am – 4:00pm and will be answered by a member of the admin staff.
